Toomas Lääts

It is so convenient to buy food from the supermarket, food that is so ready that all you have to do is eat it. It is just as convenient to have all you need brought to the restaurant prepared so that making a dish is comparable to building with Lego blocks. If so, then Toomas Lääts is the one chef who is the least fond of conveniences in the whole Estonia.
