Nadja Kaarma

There are many well-known chefs in Estonia but almost no well-known pastry chefs. Yet Estonians are very fond of sweets if we look at the number of tortes and cakes that are consumed every day. Nadja is a life-long pastry chef and living proof of the adage that long years of hard work will one day bring fame and recognition. Pastry chef at the gallery café Anni Kohvik in Haapsalu.
