Panna cotta with cream liquor


  • 4 dl double cream
  • 3 dl full fat milk (at least 3,5%)
  • 2 dl jelly sugar Multi
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 0,5-1 dl coffee
  • 1 dl cream liquor (e.g. Baileys, Vana Tallinn etc)
Place double cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil while constantly mixing. Allow to boil for about 30 seconds, remove from heat, add the liquor, mix and divide between 6 serving dishes. First cool at room temperature, then transfer to fridge.
If you wish you can serve this panna cotta on a plate as it is easy to remove from a dish. Serve with berries or coulis. Enjoy!
