- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 150 g frozen blackcurrants
- 300 g curd cream (kohupiimapasta)
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1,5 dl light sugar syrup (change the quantity according to your taste)
- toasted almond slices for decorating
Blitz the frozen berries in a food processor. Add curd, vanilla sugar and sugar syrup and blitz until well combined.
Don’t worry, you can enjoy the ice cream right away! However if you would like a more firm consistency, put the ice cream in the freezer for half an hour.
