- 1 melon
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 peaches
- If desired, lemon or lime juice and icing sugar
- Melissa (lemon balm) or mint leaves for garnish
Cut the melon in halves and remove the flesh so that the skin remains intact. Cut the flesh of the melon into pieces. Cut the peaches, cut the strawberries into quarters and mix together. If the result seems too bland, add some lemon or lime juice. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour for the flavours to mingle. To serve, scoop the salad into the melon skins and, if desired, sift some icing sugar on top of it.
