- 500g chopped kumquats
- 250g jam sugar
- 1 dl water
- lime juice
First wash the kumquats, then chop and add into a pot with the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Lastly at the lime juice if using. Transfer the hot jam into sterilised jars and place lids on jars.
Use to flavour different desserts or for serving with cheese. Works well with porridge and natural yogurt.
