- 1 l kefir
- 100–200 g strawberries
- Sugar to taste
- Gelatine for jellying 1l of liquid
Crush (or purée) strawberries with sugar. Mix with kefir and add sugar to taste. Swell and melt the gelatine. Kefir and gelatine have to be at a similar temperature or the jelly will be lumpy. When the gelatine is hot and kefir is cold, a part of the kefir should be poured into the gelatine, stirring continuously, and then the mixture into the kefir and strawberry mixture while stirring continuously. Let set.
