Kama, strawberry and meringue dessert

Serves 4

  • 2 dl whipping cream (35%)
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 75 g kama flour
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 50 g meringue biscuits
Whip the cream with the sugar. Add the kama flour, diced strawberries and whole or broken meringue biscuits, stirring with a spoon. Stir gently to mix the ingredients and place into dessert bowls. Garnish with strawberries, meringue biscuits or lemon balm leaves.
