Grilled strawberries

  • About 500 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp rum
  • 4 tbsp dark muscovado
  • Cinnamon bark
Combine the rum and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has melted. Stir the halved strawberries into the rum and sugar mixture. Arrange the strawberries on pieces of foil, add some cinnamon bark to each portion, close the foil on top and grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes. This dish goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream.
