Grilled plums with cinnamon mascarpone cream

Serves 4

  • 4 plums
  • 6 tbsp light syrup
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • A dash of lemon juice
Cut the plums into halves, remove the pits. Combine the plum halves with the light syrup. Combine mascarpone with cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice. Brush a grill grate with oil and place syrupy plums on the grate with the cut side facing down. Grill the plums for 2 to 3 minutes on one side, then 1 to 2 minutes on the other side. Serve immediately with mascarpone cream.
