Coconut milk marinade for chicken

  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 dl coconut milk Juice
  • of 0.5 lemons or limes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cane syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp coriander powder, sea salt
Purée all ingredients in a blender and marinate the chicken in this mixture for a few hours or overnight.
