Coconut milk marinade for chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 dl coconut milk Juice
- of 0.5 lemons or limes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cane syrup
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp coriander powder, sea salt
Purée all ingredients in a blender and marinate the chicken in this mixture for a few hours or overnight.
