Caramel cream with cloudberries
- 7–8 tbsp organic sugar
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 200 g cream cheese for serving
- 200 g cloudberries (any other berries that you prefer are fine, too)
Melt the sugar in a pan. When the sugar has completely melted, carefully add whipping cream and stir until the mixture is smooth. Then beat the room temperature cream cheese into the caramel sauce, divide the cream between dessert dishes and refrigerate for half to 1 hour. Before serving, sprinkle your favourite berries on the dessert.
