- 100–150 g fresh berries (strawberries, sweet cherries, cherries, blackcurrants or redcurrants, raspberries, etc.)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust the quantity according to the sweetness/acidity of the berries used)
- 50 g grated white chocolate
Mix the berries with the sugar and spread on the bottom of an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle the grated white chocolate on top. Bake at 200 °C in the oven or under a grill for about 10 minutes until the chocolate starts turning brown. Serve while warm.
