Strawberry vinaigrette

Serves 8

  • 2.5 dl olive oil
  • 200 g strawberries (or wild strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp light or dark balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Demerara sugar
  • Basil (if desired)
Process all the ingredients in a blender or with a hand-held mixer. Cool in a refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
