Strawberry vinaigrette
Serves 8
- 2.5 dl olive oil
- 200 g strawberries (or wild strawberries)
- 2 tbsp light or dark balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp Demerara sugar
- Basil (if desired)
Process all the ingredients in a blender or with a hand-held mixer. Cool in a refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
