Strawberries with cream cheese and whipped cream

  • 8–10 tbsp crushed biscuits
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 dl whipping cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar
Whisk the whipping cream with sugar and add room temperature cream cheese. Clean the strawberries and cut into sectors. Place a tablespoonful of biscuit crumbs on the bottom of each dessert dish, cover with a layer of whipped cream mixture and a layer of strawberries. Then add again a layer of cream, a spoonful of crumbs, and top up with strawberries.
