Red berries with tipsy cream
- 500 g strawberries or your favourite soft berries
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 80 ml rhubarb vodka
Hull and chop the berries, divide into dessert bowls. Whip the cream with sugar until fluffy, add vodka and mix gently. Pour the rhubarb cream on the berries, garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
