Goat cheese strawberry bruschetta
- 4 slices of ciabatta
- 50–60 g goat cheese
- 4 large strawberries
- Liquid honey or sugar cane syrup
- Balsamic cream
- Basil leaves
Roast the slices of ciabatta in a hot oven or grill until crisp. Spread some goat cheese on each slice and cover it with the chopped or sliced strawberries. Drizzle on some liquid honey or syrup and balsamic cream. Add a finishing touch with the chopped basil.
