Goat cheese nut cream with strawberries, dandelion honey and grissini

Serves 2–3

  • 150 g creamy goat cheese
  • 50 g natural cream cheese
  • 50 g favourite nuts or almonds
  • Black pepper
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp dandelion honey (may be replaced with regular honey)
  • A handful of grissini
Combine the cream cheese and creamy goat cheese until smooth, grind some turns of black pepper and mix in the chopped nuts. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces and mix with the dandelion honey. Layer the cream and strawberries into a glass bowl or jar, serve with grissini.
