Bread baked on a grill

  • 25 g yeast
  • 3.5 dl lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Handful of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 7 dl flour
Mix the yeast with the water, add sugar, salt, basil and chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic and oil. Stir the flour into the mixture and knead until the dough separates from your hands. Cover the bowl with cling film and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. When the dough has risen, cut it into 10 portions, roll the portions into elongated pieces, twist around skewers and grill.
