Eton mess

  • 200 ml whipping cream (35%)
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • Ca. 300 g strawberries
  • Ca. 50 g meringue biscuits
Whip the cream with the sugar, cut the strawberries. Larger meringue biscuits may be broken into smaller pieces, if desired. Stir through and serve immediately.
