Tortilla baskets with ricotta and strawberries
- Tortillas (according to the number of people)
- Ricotta (I used 250 g of ricotta)
- Strawberry jam
- Some condensed milk
- Fresh strawberries
Fit the tortillas into dessert dishes or a muffin tin. Combine ricotta, strawberry jam and add some condensed milk. Pour the mixture into the tortilla baskets and put a whole strawberry in the middle. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Let them cool for a bit before eating.
