Strawberry tomato consommé

  • 740 g strawberries
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 5 g parsley
  • 5 g dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Chop up all the ingredients and purée in a blender. Pour the result on a sieve that has been covered with a towel and let it drain in a refrigerator overnight. Serve cold!
