Strawberry Bellini
- 1 bottle of high-quality Prosecco or some other dry sparkling wine*
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Purée the strawberries with the sugars. Pour into a pitcher or glasses. Top up with ice-cold Prosecco.
* To make a non-alcoholic cocktail, take 1.5 l of high-quality sparkling water
