Prosciutto or bresaola roll with goat cheese and strawberries
Serves 6
- 150 g prosciutto or bresaola
- 400 g soft goat cheese
- 0.5 g ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 140 g rucola
- 140 g strawberries
- 10 g dark muscovado sugar
Combine the soft goat cheese with ground nutmeg, Worcester sauce, pepper and salt, and spread the mixture on the prosciutto. Add a few rucola leaves, chopped strawberries with muscovado sugar, and roll up.
