Grilled pineapple in coconut milk sauce

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp dark syrup
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 dl coconut milk
Cook the condensed milk, syrup, butter and coconut milk into a thick sauce, stirring continuously. Cool. Peel the pineapple, cut into sectors and halve the sectors. Grill the pineapple lightly on a hot grill, pour the sauce on top, and serve while warm.
