Deep-fried strawberry and banana with glass noodles
Serves 4
- 2 bananas (cut into halves from the middle)
- 12 strawberries
- 200 g glass or rice noodles
- Oil for deep-frying
- 200 g vanilla ice cream
For garnish:
- Icing sugar
- Strawberries
Cook the noodles until half-done and wrap them around the bananas and strawberries. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle some icing sugar on the crisp noodle balls and serve with vanilla ice cream. You can add some strawberries as garnish.
