Bowl cake with biscuits

  • 400 g curds
  • 2 dl natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 dl whipping cream (35%)
  • 180 g biscuits
  • Fresh or frozen berries
Mix the curds and yoghurt with the sugars. Break the biscuits into the mixture. Whisk the cream and stir into the curd and biscuit mixture. If you are planning on eating the cake on the same day, add your favourite berries right away. Pour the mixture into a bowl or mould and allow it to set for a few hours so that the biscuits would become softer. Decorate with fresh or frozen berries.
